These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Computer Helper ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting into our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. By virtue of your being a customer/client or member of the business, church or organization using this service, by previously furnishing your cellphone number to them, you agreed to opt-in to cellphone communications from them.
1. Program Description and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize Computer Helper to send automated and recurring text messages (including SMS and MMS) to your mobile number. These messages may include:
customer service replies, appointment reminders, order updates, promotional offers, or alerts.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user interaction and the nature of the campaign.
3. Cost and Carriers
Computer Helper does not charge a fee for our text messaging program. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.
We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US and Canadian mobile networks.
4. How to Opt-Out (Stop)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to our toll-free number [Your Toll-Free Number].
After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation text message stating that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt back in.
5. How to Get Help (Help)
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or have questions, reply HELP to our toll-free number [Your Toll-Free Number] for assistance, or email our support team directly at SMSsupport@computerhelper.net.
6. Privacy Policy
Your participation in our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can review our SMS Privacy Policy page at SMS Privacy Policy to see how we collect, use, and protect your information.
